A show that I like to watch with my sisters is Fringe on the FOX network. The series follows an FBI Fringe Division team based in Boston, Massachusetts under the supervision of Homeland Security. The team uses unorthodox “fringe” science and FBI investigative techniques to investigate “the Pattern”, a series of unexplained, often ghastly occurrences which are occurring all over the world. The show has been described as a cross between The X-Files, Altered Stated, the Twilight Zone and Dark  Angel. I like this show because it is weird.

Spring Break

This year for spring break I went to a museum called the Museum of the Earth in Ithaca. In the museum I saw bones of dinosaurs and mastodons. Mastodons are members of the extinct genus. Mammut of the order Proboscidea and form the family Mammutidae. They resembled but, are different from the woolly mammoth. I saw sculptures of very early humans that were life-size. I saw an exhibit that showed different forms of petrified wood. Petrified wood is a type of fossil in which all the organic material of the wood has been replaced by minerals that have retained the original structure of the wood. Some of it looked really cool. I also saw the bones of a huge whale hanging from the ceiling.

Also during my spring break I celebrated my birthday. It was on April 20th and I turned 11 years old. I also have a twin named Brandon who also turned 11 years old, but I am exactly one minute older than him. We celebrated with a party at our house. My brother had some of his friends over. I got money for presents. We had chocolate cream filled cake and ice cream bars. It was a good birthday!!

Here are some funny pictures of us during our blogging class. We worked with Kendy and Kate and we also worked with Danny. The pictures looked really silly sometimes and you could make your face look weird. It was a lot of fun!!

Midnight and Spiderwick

Midnight and Spiderwick are my two cats. Midnight is black and white. She likes to be around people a little. Spiderwick is black and white too. Midnight is Spiderwick’s mom. They get along sometimes but not all the time. They both sleep with me at night. Sometimes I give them treats. Midnight is 2 years old and Spiderwick is almost one.

Dear America, Standing In the Light by Mary Pope Osborne

I just got done reading Dear America Standing in the light.It is about a girl who is captured by Indians and the English soldiers kill Indians. In the beginning she is scared of the Indians but at the end she likes them and dosn’t really want to go home that much. I like this book alot because of the Indian way of life.

FW: All about Chelsea

Here are some of my favorite things just so you can get to know me a little better. My favorite thing to do is play soccer. I play here at William Smith and I love it. I have played ever since I was 5 on many different teams. Another one of my favorite things to do it read. Some of my favorite books are Harry Potter and Twilight. I am currently on the second book and I can’t put them down. I love to eat and I also love to cook. My favorite food is French Toast! I also love animals and I have a cat named Mr. Nasty. He is gray and white and very cute. I have 3 siblings, one older brother and 2 younger sisters. I live in Binghamton and I went to Vestal High School. My favorite subject in high school was English but I’m not too sure what I want to do yet!! I think I may want to be a teacher though. Some of my other favorite things are listening to music and watching tv and movies. I love all types of music and my favorite shows are John and Kate plus 8 and Gossip Girl. I hope this tells you a little about me and I hope to learn a lot about you Brooke!!

The place in the world I would like to go is Hawii. I want to go to Hawii because it is worm and sunny. In Hawii I would swim and learn to hula.
